Return & Refund Policy
Returns/Exchanges
To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and unopened, maintaining its original condition and packaging.
Please note, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to cancellations.
Items ineligible for return include:
- Gift cards
- Items where a change of mind occurred
- Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or lacking parts due to reasons unrelated to our error.
To finalize your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Kindly refrain from returning your purchase to the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for applicable delivery charges for furniture returns or exchanges, unless the furniture is defective due to manufacturing.
Returns or exchanges are not applicable for furniture that has been abused, stained, soiled, or otherwise rendered unsanitary.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances, such as missing, defective, or damaged parts upon delivery. Please note that the warranty does not cover "exterior" damage, including cushioning, fabric, or staining.
